It's been so long!

Wow...I was looking back at the last post we did and it seems like so long ago. So much has happened since then!!!! Addie has gone swimming for the first time, She's gotten to stay at both grandma and grandpa's again and hung out with poppa maasdam & the cows, she's turned two months old gotten her first round of shots and, as of today...wore jeans for the first time! lol. This whole turning two months old thing has been kinda hard on mom. I keep putting her in outfits that she's worn since she was about three weeks old and they just don't fit anymore!!! AHHH...my baby is turning into such a big girl! Sizes for babies are just like sizes for adults. They just don't make sense! Yesterday she wore a 6 mo. onezie and then to church this morning she wore a 3 month romper. However we are goign to a football game this afternoon (And it's a little chilly out) so we're in 3-6 month jeans and sweater..and a 0-3 onezie. oh dear! We don't have enough closet space for such a variety of sizes! lol.
Our 2 month dr. appointment was this past friday and she did great! They gave her 5 shots..and as colb says they weren't baby needles...they were "big-girl" needles! We've kept up on tylonel....so she's done amazing! She's a pretty good girl! She weighed 11 pounds 2 oz. and was 23.3 inches, her head was 15.2 inches. She was in the 50% for weight and head and 85-90% for her length. She's goign to be long and Skinny!!!!
This past week was also the first days of school for savannah so that meant back to school for mom. Addie has done great!!! Our normal baby sitter is out of town helping take care of her grandson's so my friend Aimee is watching her through this wednesday. Aimee's youngest son just started kindergarden...so i think she's enjoying not having that "empty nest syndrome" lol.
