Mommy & Daddy's Trip away....

Yup! You read that headline correctly!!! Colb and I went away this past weekend, leaving little missy with the grandparents. We had a BLAST!!! We have really found a love for the sprint car races and with that, Knoxville, IA this time of year is the place to be!!! I think that all of the grandparents were just as happy for Addie to get the opportunity to come and stay for a night a piece. I know they haven't stopped raving about it yet!!!! Here are a few pictures to show how much fun we had and a small video to give you an idea of what we enjoyed all weekend.

The first night Brian got free tickets to a suite from a customer (I think). But this was the view. It was a good time, however completely different than sitting down in the stands.

Saturday afternoon we went to ride go-carts. Of course the go-carts looked like baby sprint cars. That was fun!
This was saturday evening after the races. We were standing down on the track looking up at the grandstands. It was amazing to get to walk around the track and see ALL the drivers/cars. **Okay so it took forever for the video to upload and it still hasn't uploaded yet. I'll try that again some other time!
